Prairie Lighting Workmanship and Product Warranty
The liability of Prairie Lighting, as well as the products sold and installed by Prairie Lighting under this warranty, is limited. Please review and understand the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty. It applies solely to the original homeowner who purchased the “Prairie Lighting’s Permanent Outdoor LED Lights” package, as detailed on the invoice. The warranty can be transferred one time during the warranty period, in the event of a property sale. Prairie Lighting reserves the right to modify the warranty terms at any time without prior notice.
Prairie Lighting provides a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty to the warranty holder (the “Customer”) on all installation services for the Prairie Lighting products (the “Project”). This warranty covers any defects in workmanship that occur due solely to errors in installation performed by Prairie Lighting or its authorized agents, contractors, or employees.
Warranty Coverage
If any component of the “Prairie Lighting Permanent Outdoor LED Lights” fails because of defective installation workmanship during the 5-year period from the completion of the Work (the “Workmanship Warranty Period”), Prairie Lighting will repair or replace the defective item(s) at no charge to the Customer. The completion date of the Work is defined as the date of the final invoice.
Warranty Conditions
This Workmanship Warranty is conditioned upon the Customer’s full compliance with the terms of this warranty and the completion of the Maintenance Program as outlined by Prairie Lighting.
Prairie Lighting provides the Customer (the “Customer”) with a 5-Year Product Warranty (the “Product Warranty”) for the Prairie Lighting permanent decorative lighting package (the “Product”), subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in this warranty. This warranty covers the Product for a period of 5 years (the “Product Warranty Period”), starting from the date of the final invoice issued by Prairie Lighting.
Under normal use and conditions, the Product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects, provided the Customer adheres to all terms and conditions outlined in this warranty and follows the Maintenance Program described below.
Warranty Coverage
If a Product failure occurs during the Product Warranty Period, Prairie Lighting will, at its sole discretion, will replace any part of the Product determined to be defective.
Warranty Conditions
This Product Warranty is conditioned upon the Customer’s full compliance with the terms of this warranty and the completion of the Maintenance Program as outlined by Prairie Lighting. The Product Warranty Period begins on the date of the final invoice issued by Prairie Lighting to the Customer.
During both the Workmanship Warranty Period and the Product Warranty Period, the Customer is required to perform the following maintenance tasks once every calendar year:
The Product Warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:
Under no circumstances shall Prairie Lighting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from a breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of the lighting or any associated equipment, the cost of substitute goods, downtime, damage to goodwill, loss or damage to property or equipment, and any costs associated with recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing data or equipment.
The remedies provided under this limited warranty are the exclusive remedies available to the customer. Prairie Lighting’s total liability, whether arising from the product or the limited warranty, shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the customer for the defective or nonconforming product.
